1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Account Termination & Suspension

For voluntary account closures, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member within 3–5 business days after identity verification is completed. Funds associated with bonuses that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for return.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bosspay99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures beyond our control, or in-game losses that occur legitimately in accordance with the rules.
